The location was great, near Taksim Square and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sercan & Erhan. Kitchen utensils and appliances were in good condition. Spacious rooms, good for families. Internet access on each floor was good.

The bed was large, the room was big. The location was good and magnificent, not too far away from Republic Monument. It was located in a calm area adjacent to major attractions, and an alleyway, an easy base for me.

The hotel had reasonably spacious rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. Location: the venue was next to the cafes, Taksim airport bus stop, and takeaways. Tried some nice meals at Serif Restaurant, located next to the hotel...

The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed extra supplies.
